Build a Miniature House Frame — Real Construction in 1:16 Scale
This isn’t a model that only looks real—this is real construction, just scaled down to 1:16.
Designed in collaboration with professional architects and engineers, this kit teaches you authentic building techniques in miniature.
You’ll measure, cut, and assemble genuine scale lumber studs, joists, beams—exactly as it’s done in full-size house construction.
No pre-made panels. No decorative “fake” pieces. Every cut and joint is made by you, just like on a real job site.
What You Will Build
You will build a true 1:16 two-bedroom ranch framing kit with a cross-gable roof. The drawings are provided at 1:16 scale for accurate wall layout. Studs come pre-cut to length, while the remaining lumber is prepared by you—just like on a real job site. You will build from the base up—assemble exterior and interior walls—then frame the ceiling joists, ridges, rafters, and roof details like fascia and gable ladders.
Finished house dimensions: 2' x 2' x 1'.
