You’ll measure, cut, and assemble genuine scale lumber into sill plates, studs, joists, beams, and trusses—exactly as it’s done in full-size house construction.

No pre-made panels. No decorative “fake” pieces. Every cut and joint is made by you, just like on a real job site.

What You Will Build

You’re not making a toy—you’re building the structural backbone of a house in miniature. This kit takes you through the key stages of framing, from the base platform to the completed roof structure.

Step-by-Step Construction Journey

1. Lay the Base

   • Start with a miniature foundation platform (wood subfloor)
     

2. Frame the Walls

   • Build and raise exterior and interior wall frames with miniature studs

   • Frame window and door openings with proper headers and spacing

3. Frame the Roof

   • Assemble the roof with rafters or trusses and a ridge beam

   • Set accurate roof pitch in 1:16 proportion
